How it works

The workflow below shows the project steps and processes involved.
- You – the Customer send a request using the Request Form on the client control panel. Files can be sent by email or uploaded into our project Management database.
- The Operations Director schedules the task and estimates time and cost. Except for small pieces of work, both will be sent to you for acceptance.
- The task(s) are then assigned to the Assisting Professional(s), with the appropriate skills. Wherever possible or on request you – the Customer will be assigned the same AP (Assisting Professional).
- Once the task is completed, the work product is submitted to the Operations Director and/or to a Quality Control Professional assigned to the project.
- Once the work passed QC, it will be sent back to You – the Customer or made ready for download by You
